At Websies, we take care of everything for you! Your Website is fully managed and maintained by our team throughout your subscription, so you can focus on your business while we handle the technical side.

While the Website is part of our managed services, it’s tailored exclusively for your use during your active subscription, ensuring a hassle-free and seamless experience.

As a subscriber, you are entitled to one free update or change to your website per month. This includes non-structural modifications such as editing or adding text, images, blogs, and minor design adjustments like color or layout changes. Please note that additional requests cannot be made within the same month if you have already used your free change. Structural changes, such as adding a new page or completely redesigning one, may incur additional charges.

If your subscription ends for any reason, we will take the Website offline.

Websies does not provide any website files, content, or data after the subscription ends, ensuring a clean transition. 

If a payment is missed, don’t worry! We’ll send you a friendly reminder to the email address you registered with. 

You’ll have a two (2) week grace period to complete the payment. If payment isn’t received within this timeframe, your subscription will be terminated, and the Website will be taken offline. 

At Websies, payments for our website services are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if a client has completed the joining form, paid for a website, and we determine that we cannot proceed with their project for any reason. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.

We reserve the right to decline a project at our discretion based on factors such as capacity or project alignment. By using our services, you agree to this policy. For any questions, please contact us here.

Websies reserves the right to cancel any subscription at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, violations of these Terms, misuse of the service, or inappropriate behavior.

In such cases, we will notify you of the cancellation, and the Website will be taken offline immediately.  

Once your subscription ends, you will no longer have access to the Website or any related data. Websies is not obligated to provide files, designs, content, or any other assets related to the Website after the subscription terminates.

It’s your responsibility to ensure your payment details are up-to-date and that payments are made on time.

Use of the Website must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Misuse of the service or behavior that Websies deems inappropriate may result in immediate subscription termination.  

Websies offers a Referral Program that allows individuals (“Referrers”) to earn a commission by referring new paying customers to our service.

How It Works

• Referrers may generate a unique referral link through the Websies referral page.

• For every successful referral (i.e., a new customer who signs up and completes payment via a referral link), the Referrer is entitled to a one-time payment of 1.400.000₫.

• A referral is considered “successful” only when the referred customer completes the first payment for their website plan.

Eligibility

• Referrers must provide accurate contact and payment details.

• Websies reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals and may reject payments in cases of fraud, duplicate accounts, or misuse.

Payouts

• Payouts are processed via ZaloPay or other agreed methods once a referral is confirmed.

• Websies will contact the Referrer within a reasonable time after a successful signup to coordinate the payout.

• Websies is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information or third-party payment platforms.

Limitations

• Referrers may not refer themselves or use deceptive methods to generate signups.

• Websies may change or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.

• Any abuse of the program may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

No Employment Relationship

• Participation in the Referral Program does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between the Referrer and Websies.
